The National Constitution Center has had an exceptional experience working with the Philly Touch Tours team to develop our Signer’s Hall tours for visitors who are blind or have low vision. Their expertise, professionalism, and deep commitment to accessibility made every stage of our partnership thoughtful, collaborative, and seamless. From the outset, their passion for this work has been evident and felt across our entire organization. Beyond delivering a meaningful and comprehensive training for NCC museum staff, they have been invaluable partners in helping us think through best practices, audience engagement, and day-to-day logistics. Trish leads with empathy, care, and a deep understanding of the communities they serve, and those values are reflected in every aspect of the organization’s work. It has been a true pleasure for the us at the National Constitution Center to partner with them.

Working with Philly Touch Tours has been a truly wonderful experience. Their partnership has helped the National Constitution Center expand our programming in ways that better welcome and serve new and diverse audiences, while also equipping our team with the tools and training to more thoughtfully meet visitors’ needs.  The process of developing programs together has made me a more reflective and effective educator.”

        – Brian Krisch, Manager of Training and Program Development at the National Constitution Center

Working with Philly Touch Tours has had a profound impact on how I think about visitor engagement in museums - not just regarding blind and visually impaired visitors but ALL museum visitors.  I will never see the world in quite the same way again, and all our programming going forward will be richer because of this connection. I can’t thank-you enough!

         - Jacqui Bowman, Director, Center for Education, Mütter Museum/College of Physicians of Philadelphia

I wanted to extend my gratitude for your time, your thoroughness, and your warmth. The experience our staff had doing the Touch Tour training with you was truly transformational! I've never experienced anything like it - it is a completely different way of experiencing the world. It was such a great pleasure to work so intimately with your wonderful staff and to see the Penn Museum in a totally different light. I don't think I'll ever forget it! It really helped us understand how blind and sight-impaired people learn, and gave us incredibly important insight into making our collection more accessible. It was absolutely invaluable!"
         - Meredith Sellers, Arts and Accessibility Programs Coordinator, Mütter Museum /College of Physicians of Philadelphia

Weeks after our Disability Etiquette Training with Philly Touch Tours, my colleagues at the Library continue to praise it.  The personal and interactive experiences with the trainers fostered a learning environment in which congeniality, openness, and insight predominated. Their unintimidating approach to provide us with practical methods to help us to continue to evolve into a more accessible institution had an invaluable effect on the staff.

       - Erika Piola, Associate Curator, Prints and Photographs Department, Co-director,  VCP at Library Company of Philadelphia
